The Vision

The world seems to be trending towards a plant-based diet and it seems like a shift which is here to stay. Everyone from celebrities to athletes are starting to support the movement and eat more plant based diets. Here’s a staggering fact, in the past three years the U.S. has seen a 600% increase of people identifying as vegans. This is a trend we are seeing across the globe. With this global shift, it is becoming easier to make the switch with more variety available then ever before.

With the obesity epidemic on the rise there is no better time then now to switch to a plant based diet. Whether you want to do it for health benefits, you love animals too much to eat them, you want to lose some weight, or you are just sick of eating meat all together, why wait to try a plant based diet?

Like most I questioned this shift, I love fitness and would hate to hinder all the hard work I have put into the gym. But after making the switch myself, I have gained muscle and felt great while doing it! I want to blow the misconception of frail small vegans out of the water. Show people that it is still very possible to obtain that ideal physique on a plant based diet. Like anything new, I had a large learning curve while making this switch. I made mistakes, struggled finding foods and ate way more tofu then I needed to. I want to help you learn from my mistakes so the switch is seamless and easy.
